Tamper and weather resistant receptacles provides compliance with 2011 NEC Article 406.9 that states that all receptacles installed in wet and damp locations must be weather resistant. Tamper and weather resistant designations provide visual identification. Back and side wire wiring method. Terminal screws are backed out and ready to wire. Patended built-in wire stripper for No.14 and No.12 wire to speed installation. Side wire terminals accept up to No.10 solid or stranded wire. Push in terminals accept No.14 solid wire. 20-amp, 125-Volt and Nema 5-20 rating. Available in white color.
